It's hard to make predictions on share prices SHORT TERM. I would rather value the whole business, take an aggressive position and hold long term. If BNB goes into administration, maybe BBI will go to 1c or lower? I have no idea. Maybe it's the catalyst to get back to 10c quickly?

The catalysts for a re-rating will be:

    1. Prove they can sell another asset or two at book value or above.

    2. Markets worldwide to stabilise (not capitulate further)and credit to thaw.

    3. An awareness/understanding by the market that BBI can operate independently of BNB and doesn't need BNB to even survive.

    4. An awareness/understanding by the market that BNB going into administration does NOT trigger a Change of Control event for BBIS.

    5. If all four of the above happens, I have no reason to believe that BBI would not be back to where they were a month ago. ie. 25-30c.
