agree. all the residents going to complain. this project i dont see getting off the ground, although my argument is based on requiring $2.5bil finance for the full stages which is unrealistic.
its too overbought based off a few tipsheets. also li demand will be far lower than projections- no one will wait 30-45 min for recharges.
