Yup... from someone that has just moved back from the Netherlands and spent time in Germany - they are very bullish on renewables and going green.... even their road taxes are structured in a way to reward hybrid and electric cars... in my opinion this project ticks both boxes and will 100% go ahead. Hell even Toyota has said goodbye to the v8 landcruiser and will be introducing a hybrid.... luckily i already have my v8 landcruiser. haha
