Once more unto the breach?

Given the action today, I thought I'd put up the latest chart.

My guess is we've done enough work around the 14 cent mark which I gave as the previous important support/resistance point.

We formed a triple top around 15.5 cents which looks to be the new resistance level.

I've put the fibonacci retracement in for interest ços it shows quite nicely how the price settled on the 12 cent line. Now that we are getting better volumes for BIT such indicators are of increasing value.

MACD which has been bobbling around for a while just turning up.

All pretty positive. Is this because someone knows something or just punters getting set because an announcement is expected?
