It is quite obvious that you guys know nothing about iron ore. Some one that obviously does comes along with a warning and he is ridiculed and the 'Twiggy is a god' chorus comes out.
The chinese are after the scraps and a potential takeover regardless of the operations success.
They get their iron ore regardless of whether it is shipped from cloudbreak or not. That is what a forward sale contract is.
If FMG do go bust then they have a foot in the door to pick up the tenements for peanuts.
They can't lose and infact would probably benefit more if FMG fail.
