I refer back to a past statement from this company:
"Production target of 15 million cubic feet of gas per day by end of 2010".

They had already reported a rate of "5 million cubic feet of gas per day" back in Nov 2008 along with the dribble "The Company maintains its view that its targeted gross production rate of in excess of 20 million cubic feet of gas per day will be achieved from current and
completed wells."

The options should be set at 15 not 3.

Like I've said before, its "Pick a number". I think it would be better odds of taking each number and enter these in a lottery.
