    I think it’s fair that David Casey should take up full responsibility for losses incurred due to incompetent issues. This could be in a form of his revised remuneration in line with sp. At a minimum at least a reduction on his 400k+ salary given sp went form 20c to 1c in the last 2 years and he is still getting a substantial base plus options.
