HWGA or NGNG will probably be able to provide better calculations but IMO it's hard to say without knowing FBR's $/m2 rate for the WaaS.

As an approximation, say they charge a very modest $10k (probably closer to $12-14k) to build the walls for a standard lot, they'd need to build the walls of 1,000 lots which IMO is not feasible with certainly 1 (109) but maybe 2 (109+) machines.

Even with FBR charging Archistruct, GP Vivienda and Summit homes for each stage of the pilot programs that may consist of 20 builds in total each, I personally don't think that they'll achieve the Performance Milestone C with WaaS alone. In my view, to achieve it they are probably hoping/planning on an up front payment to set up a WaaS entity in WA. BGC is the prime candidate given that they are a vertically integrated business with a subsidiary that manufactures blocks OR BKW comes back into the mix (not confident at all). This will entail the development of say 5 more machines (probably H109+'s) as they cost about $2mil ea along with ongoing support & maintenance etc as per this snippet from the corporate presentation.
