3) Most commercial builds will have penalty clauses as umm I dunno... they're going to have businesses as the occupants. If they're not constructed within an allocated time frame, it's those businesses that will accrue losses.

4) Obviously building designers work for volume home builders as well... Where did I say that they didn't..?

5) Yes, some change.. But they won't 'generally' (keyword being generally which you seemed to have missed) design and construct a house based on the customers specific wants, needs and budget. They have X numbers of designs and a customer can make amendments to that.
