You will not receive a copy of the prospectus unless you ask for one? When you purchase shares after IPO you can still easily get a hold of it either bys searching the internet or through your broker (eg. Etrade).

I am not sure what you expect? Do you reasonably think that before you purchase shares through an online broker that before you push the buy button it will prompt you with this information? IN summary you need to do you own research and not expect people to not make informed decisions for you.

In no way what they have done is misleading. Matter of fact from my experience, the amount of shares they had under escrow is way more than many other IPO's i have seen.
