So what are peoples thoughts on the turbine jet pack by the aussie guy  David Mayman who is now in the market raising $ .

Smaller , more compact? Cost? other advantages, disadvantages?  Just what is the MJP advantage and at what point does the IP all these guys have in regards to segway style balance technology all become worthless as the average quadcopter drone has the electronic smarts to do the same?

If you think there is a real market for these you would have to hold both in a portfolio? What else is out there?
