There will be more if they want to raise even more money from more seed investors.

I understand totally where you are coming from in regards to spec stocks and am always wary of ones that propose themselves at a more advanced stage than they actually are.
MJP has probably paved the way for these guys top raise money as the awareness is now out there and organisations will always compare products. The Dubai deal has probably inspired them as they see a near term market opened up so are probably speeding up development. Interesting one of their key goals is the ballistic parachute. Will be interesting to see the differing ideas from each organisation.
