But there were 11 others, they will get this company.
One of these companies said: „No, we will get this company!“. We have enough money to destroy the parent-comp. We are press the share price down, directly after the takeover.

And they do so...

The shareholder says: „What happens with our share price? We are now two companies and are worth much less as before?

Clouds moved up in the sky and the shareholders got scared.
