Yea that's my thoughts. I get both sides of the argument, but I don't know which is better.
We stay under the radar, price stays relatively subdued, but then when big pharma finally spot us, they can offer a lowball price, say $8/share hypothetically, but spruce themselves up saying its a 100% premium to market and big win for shareholders blah blah.
The alternative, we aggressively get our name out, interest builds, price grows, we end up having to bat off various chancer offers but at least price and awareness has continued to build.
To me it will come down to the collective of the earlier shareholders, what % they hold (voting power), what price level they're happy to drop the bags or how long they are prepared to see this journey out. One would assume it would be at much lower prices than what some of the recent holders (myself included) would be aiming for. Some holders have no doubt already hit the pay load I'd be dreaming/hanging for at a +$100 buyout...
