I understand your concern and about the dilution of shares. However, the result of this would mean having more availability of funds to create long term value for us shareholders and the company. More funds could mean more budget for marketing exposure and perhaps better long term returns.
They are not live streaming the AGM, no. Shout out to the management team at $OSL - it would be really great if you could live stream the AGM as I am sure many of us are not able to physically attend in Melbourne.
