The bigger issue is trust. OncoSil’s track record of over-promising and under-delivering has worn the market down. Even though they’ve achieved a lot in the last six months, no one’s buying the story without seeing actual dollars.
That said, I think we’re close. The hard work—training, regulatory clearance, early adoption—is done. From first use to regular adoption looks like a 14-month cycle: patient selection, chemo, treatment, follow-up, and repeat. Other surgeons in the same hospital often follow once they see results.Everything now hinges on commercial traction. That’s why G-BA is so important—commercial procedures, fully funded, with volume expected to ramp quickly. From what I’ve heard, numbers there could dwarf all prior commercial activity by year-end.

I heard apparently the whole Hong Kong scenario was incorrect,

hence my hypothesis that the whole scenario is illusive to scoop up low

in fact, I’m getting so convinced that is the case that I will hopefully scoop a few next week
