Far be for me to wrap this company or a broker - I'm well aware of all the false promises, missed timeframes and general lack of understanding of the CE Mark approval requirements.
That said, for the first time since I have been following the company it has actually delivered on a promise. The recruitment is running to the latest schedule, it has been approved for trial at multiple sites, it has sourced recruits from multiple countries and the company is making noise that early results are positive, to be (in all likelihood) confirmed at a conference next month.
To the Bell Potter analyst's credit, he predicted that the company would meet its trial schedule and have a fighting change of CE Mark approval by end-2017.
Easy to believe the company is crying wolf after all the prior false dawns, but if you looked at its performance objectively over the past 3-4 months, you'd have to be encouraged.
Its a terrible disease with no cure and a short life sentence. Hard to imagine that with regulatory approval the product wouldn't be in high demand ...
I (finally) think its a Buy.
