I think if the decision goes against them, they'll appeal the decision as they have with the Appeals Tribunal case. Within that time they could make a special dividend type payment to shareholders after the sale.
Remember Vernon Wills owns 124m shares. Although he is no longer a Director, he would still have a very big say in what happens, the same applies to the other large shareholders. One of the 1st articles EGP wrote about SIT, said they envisage some sort of special payment to the long suffering shareholders. That was when the sp was 7c, so they are even more suffering now.
