I just mean the price action is not agreeing with that. There is a large seller at 1.7c and there doesnt appear to be a lot of buyers soaking that up.
If they were getting close to signing $100m deal i'm sure you will start to see it in the price action as anyone from the property buyers / agents / developers / directors / lawyers and all their associates put 2 and 2 together. I could be wrong and it might stay under wraps until the announcement but in my experience you will see it through the price action before the deal is announced.
