But with a M.C. at these levels, ICN certainly has to do something to protect itself from "very interested parties." The cat is now out of the bag, the pros don't need to see "official results" after reading yesterday's anns and much behind the scenes action would be taking place.
ICN has to convince the market that it can stay in the game. This is a minnow that has just hooked a sperm whale.
