This is happening across the board. Volatility has increased dramatically over the years, It shows a nervousness in the market. People are not willing to sit on a position and we are seeing new breed of punters trying to time the market.
You can see the big swings on very low volume which shows all the nervous Nellies are folding their hands towards the day's end.
If you can see the big picture then you have no choice other than to sit out all the swings.
