Infrastructure pretty good.
Has access to a 3mtpa existing rail line. That will be sufficient for an intial start up operation.
Start up will be simply open-pit, dig, rail and ship.
Existing rail line is huge.
Cuts capex by $00,000,000's and ensures they will be a producer sooner rather then later.
They will use the profits from the initial operation to filter back into expanding rail into more then 3mtpa. Maybe they'll get some govt grants to share the cost? Who knows?
Congo is ok too. Not DRC. Congo is fine in terms of political risk. Your point is worthy, as i were initially concerned, but there are no issues at all (ok, not 'no' issues; every country has some issues - its just a matter of magnituture; but Congo is a very stable country).
