one could argue

this mooted deal went pearshape before the suspension.

there was good volume and buying around the 50c to 55c range only for it to fall to 46c prior to the trading halt and subsequent suspension.

one could argue those in the know sold out.

and now SEN are laying the grounds for the exit in saying they are considering "further terms"

last week they cited "regulatory issues"

now its "further terms" to the capital raising.

i think the exit strategy is being laid out.

It gets the Directors off the hook from this mess they have caused.

And i think ASIC and the ASX should have a very close look at this IF this happens to be the case next week.

nothing anyone can do now......except wait BUT.....this is not looking good.
