LOL Barrowboy, my vast bank of computers (read 2) has been reduced to a laptop with a telstra wireless connection. as reported last night my modem has been taken out by a lightning strike....this morning i noted, as i went for my morning run, that the next door neighbour has (had) a large gum tree that was split in 2 by the strike. Heavy branches were hurled up to 100 meters.
we got off lightly with the modem I think.
