    The Helper wells are coal seem methane (unconventional) which historically only flowed at 200-500mcf. The latest Helper well is in a new horizon (I presume conventional)

    Conventional wells usually have higher flow rates than Coal Seem Gas wells hence CC's historical 1-5mmcf.

    I'm not getting excited about the latest Helper well, I don't know much about IRR's but I doubt 1 well would add much - maybe some cashflow though.
