well you have about $1.5 mill a quarter of cashburn. The thing about this company is that do not easily release their quarterly cashflow reports. So the figure of $1.5 mill is probably much higher. Of that $1.5 mil - $500 goes to wages. ( pretty high ).
They raised $2.3 mil last Oct/Nov which means with delays at Brazil they might have to tap their friends at Spring Tree again. Spring Tree get their shares at a substantial discount which they can dump into market straight away for a good profit ( cannot read if they are escrowed )
At the end of the day they should bring out all stops to get Sao Chico into production.
