Was under the impression from the William Buck announcement earlier this year, that if Virtus Capital did relist it would be from anytime in about May through to later in the year, and presumed later in the year, certainly now because of current market uncertainty, that it would more likely be late this year. After all would you start up a new company right now ?

I'm certainly no expert at all and I'd love to hear from one, but I'm not aware of any reason why they would have to start up this financial year ? Please advise if there are compulsory aquisition and listing rule time constraints ?
