you really think credibility issues? we had had melbourne underworld on the register through capital one, who were given the shares through Robin Armstrong who owed them money to pay a debt. Apparently they aren't happy, PB in Bolivia and Robin in the Philipines does this insinuate anything.
Again, i really think shareholders have a case against ASIC. PB was running several names, had many bankrupt companies, underworld connections, bull announcements.......yet ASIC did nothing and they are Australia's financial regulator.
