There has been a boys club that have been swindling investors for years in australia, us, uk and now the phillipines. Peter B has many failed companies and from what i have researched assets and money quickly disperse between various companies and other individuals. I have compiled a report and when finished i intend passing on to the Federal police, ASIC, and various media outlets.

I do believe shareholders have a case against ASIC. Foul play is evident and yet ASIC still have not investigated STI. How did we end up with major shareholders on the register with Capital One who have been investigated by ASIC and Feds on a number of occasions.
