Yep...that's getting up near the 1 billion mark isn't it? No way you can compare that to cdu or tlm...which both have very tight share registers.

At least these news shares will be concentrated in major shareholders hands though...

sdl has a massive number of shares on issue....and it went for quite a run....depends on the size of the resource I guess.

Looking over the annual report the deal was supposed to go through by the end of this month so we should hear soon, as posters have already said.
