You obviously have no paid much attention to recent reports from SDL that specifically state that the CAPEX will be more then the initial 3.6B that was stated but indeed 4.0B.

It will be interesting to see how much more if any it exceeds this figure.

I think you need to spend less time baiting people and more time on some research of your own.
