Squidd the CAPEX is not a big issue for me given that the money will be paid back relatively quickly....there has been no change to the payback period reported and talked about so i suspect that the CAPEX will still be in the very manageable range...and when u compare the start up CAPEX to what RIO and BHP are spending just this year it is chicken feed compared with the size and potential of the project...
If there is an increase it really depends on what they will do with the CAPEX...and how much extra infrastructure they will build to support,expand and add value to the project....my guess is that they will want to keep it as low as possible and within already announced ranges....
