Some of us have approached ASIC previously through their website. ASIC have to clear some large evidence hurdles prior to being able to initiate disciplinary action or to successfully launch a proceeding. AYN appear to be following the letter of the law - just inside the line - but that is enough. I suspect the view of ASIC is that AYN is just one of many struggling companies in a tough market. OZ
