Maybe the move to York in PA was a bad decision by AS. Maybe the move to NASDAQ was a bad one as well.

So... in hindsight we probably would have been better off by moving the production to Guangzhou in southern China. The official production would be at least 500m syringes per year by now - all being bought at a fixed price by the Chinese health system. The rest of the world could still buy the remaining hidden 800m+ syringes on the black market or on Ebay - of course with a FDA-registered stamp on it. They may rust a bit over time, but since it is a one-off, it doesn't really matter, does it?
I think we would have an acupuncture version by now as well - imagine the massive potential for the growing worldwide acceptance of Chinese medicine.
