Googla, the above underlined “facts” underpin your post. By repeating the lies every now and then, the top BTA spruikers have you and other HC readers believing their LIES are truth. I have been challenged and rubbished by the same spruikers about lying that Relenza went to market before Tamiflu including the US market.

On page 5 table the timeline shows: Quote: 1999 July: Relenza receives FDA approval….; October: Tamiflu (competitor) receives FDA approval….
Your 2nd set of “fact” is also a LIE often posted on forums by the same BTA spruikers. The truth is still on the ASX website. From 9 to 18 Oct 2002, Farook Khan of Bigshop accumulated BTA shares to become a substantial shareholder. When his demand for 2 board seats was refused, on 28 Oct it announced an all script take over. Within a week of the raid, Khan discovered the BTA cash holding he thought was there was actually not true and announced “Bigshop offer not to proceed”
