Just trying to simplify the offer, breaking down the price per option at the 3 stages.
Initial Price: Initial price for these options is 0.75c ($0.0075). Pretty good if short on extra cash to purchase shares straight up. Although, while the SP remains below 5.4c ($0.054) these options do not appear very attractive to me, this will become clear when reading EP2.
Exercise Price 10c (EP1): Average price for these options is 10.75c ($0.1075)when exercising to shares at 10cents. Piggy back options not added to calculation until they hit EP 20c.
Exercise Price 20c (EP2): If the SP hits 20c, we can convert the piggy back options at no further cost. This reduces the average price for the options to 5.375c ($0.05375)
I hold shares in this company and expect great things to come, but don't see much take up on these options until the SP pushes past 5.4c ($0.054).
Anybody else confirm these figures?
