    TEM is at a low price but has had good news of late. $22m contract in the UK over 3years (I think) on 15/8/02 and $25m contract on 29/7/02, their Group 4 Securitas business, they pay a dividend. At the moment there is a buy back going on. Trading today is at $1.94 -$1.96. I feel this business will grow over the next few years
