- 6-7% below the market on next years earnings, it is also priced at a full multiple of 18x FY15. Historical range is 12x – 18x so is sitting at the upper end
- 3 streams of earnings come to halt next year, Canterbury Home Repair Programe in Dec 14, Sale of Pacific Stgeel to Bluescope in June 14, and Completion of Stonefields subdivision by end FY15
- Good shorting opportunity can see $8.00 short term
