Just some of my thoughts, but from a ethical perspective mainly I wouldn´t invest in this company for the life of me. Was on a international flight recently and sat next to someone that had previously worked for this company (at high level) who was able to confirm some of my suspicions. Won´t go into details, but judging from plenty of customers´ experiences with this Co, there´s plenty to be negative about....e.g. if something goes wrong with your tickets etc - good luck with any refund or customer service. I don´t believe this company can keep up the flight centre model with increased usage of online services popping up everywhere, hence their reason to diversify into other businesses. That´s maybe a smart thing to do. By the way, anyone had a look at their management staff turnover...hmm, from what i see it´s not good!
