Fullguy, seeing as how the early homo sapiens managed to cross on land bridges 50,000 yrs ago ,land bridges that are now 300 feet below the current sea level, one has to wonder what gas guzzling yank tanks and coal fired power stations they were using to cause such a dramatic increase in sea levels.

certainly makes the prospect of a one foot rise in sea levels over the next 100 years positively tame.
