    Great stock with excellent track record of growth and increased dividends.

    Rated strong buy by 1 house, moderate buy by another and hold by another 8 (according to ETrade).

    Forward yield is estimated at 6.4% fully franked.

    Stock has been sold down about 10% by one large seller, which I guess is PPT. Typically when PPT decide to reduce their holding it is done virtually regardless of price. Trick is to pick when they are almost done.
