I agree. At this level is one for the bottom draw. Kinda like when it was treading water around the $9 mark for a while (about where I bought) before the upward movement to $10 and beyond.

Very astute management in regards to adding pockets of value to the businesses and massaging the portfolio.

Very healthy dividend (which is one criteria I focus on most of the time) that makes the day-to-day SP movement less important.

Like you said, who know where the bottom will be, but if you invest long term doesn't matter at this level.
