Operating on the principle of not buying shares in a company because the directors aren't buying shares is sure gonna keep you out of a lot companies. Directors may not buy shares because they already have several bucketfuls already and simply don't need any more. They are also embargoed form buying or selling shares in their company particularly if there are any pending announcements, and there may well be some announcements from APG that could prove quite interesting. Who knows? I don't. But they have been relatively quiet so perhaps something is in the wind.
So infact for us spectators or existing shareholders or potential shareholders, it might well be a very good time to buy because the director's are not buying.
