    Is the renoucable rigths issue a good deal or not?
    By my calculations if the offer is fully subscribed, this should dilute its market capilalization back down to around 74.5 cents a share. So one would expect the SP to drop in the next few days/weeks. If it doesn't there may be some value in the offer?
