Yep. Theres an over supply of detached houses where people want to live...thousands of house and land packages available in the centre of our cities and towns.
Is that why prices increased in 2009, because supply was so much greater than demand?
It must also be the reason that Governments are talking about fast-tracking small scale developments to accomodate the growing population in key locations?
