    depends on who cornerstone investor is and whether their investment is for a blocking purpose or to make money.

    I daresay MLM with a majority holding will have some say in what happens to MTE and whether it is to their advantage or not.

    Takeover will not be on the cards. Merger yes, JV yes, and friendly investment yes...But takeover...I doubt it. Plus I don't see MLM in this to sell MTE outright.
