I would suggest that on understanding these two sets of rules you would further understand why we are not permitted to give you this information.
I do not wish to be accused by the authorities of providing information to one shareholder when that information was not generally available in the market.
I am sure that if I did this for another shareholder and not you, then you would be rightly incensed.

also here appears to be a tenement forfeiture application circulating with M 28/373-I which i believe is SHIP written on it can you comfirm this is true?

The person (unknown at this point) has been mischievous, to say the least. There is NO basis whatsoever for these to be lodged. We will contest. There is NO danger to FAS.

Reading between the lines in regards to emails from a purported Mr Bhalla, a Fair assumption is that one could conclude that he does not have a clue and is way out of his depth. An update and explanation from Mr Robertson to the market is long overdue, perhaps he is also long gone!!! IMO, dyor please.
