I'm not a muslim, approx. 20 years ago, I read the Koran and I was specifically looking for the part in it where (I thought) that Allah would have told Muhammed to tell the people to change the law from the ten commandments to what they worship today and I couldn't find it.
I was surprised because according to my (very) limited understanding of Islam, they retain the first 5 books of the bible and don't deny that Allah gave the law to Moses first.
I ask a muslim friend approx. 20 years ago and he told me it was because the people made the law corrupt that Allah changed it, but I still couldn't find the place and he told me it wasn't there, so that surprised me a bit.
Gunay7,
please ignore the posters that will ridicule your faith on this forum, they are just children and hopefully one day they will grow up.
my question is genuine, and I would appreciate your reply.
