They do have an mou with the federal government, so permits are progressing acceptably. I read this morning that this week the asx will be "choppy" but because we are more closely linked with China our bourse is set to gain through to Christmas. It is also apparent that holders of trh aren't letting go too easily, so with some good news, trh has a very strong base to move to 2 dollars by the end of year.
