hopefully the market is relieved as well
If INL had the goods to deliver then there is no reason why they could not effect a takeover and then sell the Ni to the Chinese: they would have made a fortune.
maybe now do some research on the 3 laterite mining disasters in Australian history set up by people wanting to fast-forward experimental plants for laterite leaching and see if you can find a reason why INL did not and probably could not fully commit and why JRV did not want a part of it.
